YOUR PRIVACY

About your enquiry details

The assessment asks for your name, email, age, height, weight, fitness goal, training routine, food preferences, diet, supplements and sleep. Additional lifestyle details, injury notes and physique photos are optional. Share only what you are comfortable providing; do not upload medical records, identity documents or payment information.

Where your enquiry goes

The form is processed and stored securely through Cloudflare, and an email notification is sent to the private inbox used by the Mandip Fitness coaching team. The coaching team uses these details to understand your starting point, assess your coaching needs and respond to your enquiry. Fitness details and any photos may contain sensitive personal information. We ask for your consent before submission.

Cloudflare processes the form, stores your enquiry and sends the notification. Spam protection uses temporary limits based on your email address and network address; raw network addresses are not saved with your enquiry. Read Cloudflare’s privacy information.

Optional photos

You can submit without photos. If you choose to upload them, your browser resizes them and removes the original image metadata before upload. Photos are stored in a private Mandip Fitness Cloudflare R2 bucket and sent as attachments to the coaching team’s private inbox. There are no public photo links. Submission does not give permission to publish your photos or use them in marketing; that requires separate permission.

Your assessment and photos are retained for coaching follow-up unless you request deletion. Access is limited to authorized administrators and the coaching team. Email copies are also retained in the coaching inbox. You can request deletion from both storage and the inbox.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your information or request deletion without submitting another assessment, reply to the coaching team’s email or contact Mandip on Instagram.
